• Trafficking in cocaine.

Our client was alleged to have sold cocaine to an undercover police officer in a “dial-a-dope” case. At trial we successfully argued that his Charter rights were violated. As a result the Crown then entered a stay of proceedings. The client avoided a criminal record and a potential jail sentence.
