We also practice personal injury law in Vancouver and area. We represent individuals with ICBC claims. We approach our civil practice with the same level of professionalism and enthusiasm as our criminal practice.We work with individuals as they are recovering from their accidents and help guide them through the claims practice, taking away the guesswork, and making it as straightforward a process as possible.

The Team
Don Muldoon
In practice since 1981 Don Muldoon has more than 30 years Courtroom experience. In 1982 Don Muldoon and Micheal Bolton, Q.C. started the respected and prominent criminal law firm Bolton & Muldoon. That tradition of professionalism continues with the firm of Muldoon and Company, as Don’s practice has been joined by his sons Rory Muldoon and Conor Muldoon.

Rory Muldoon has been a member of the California State Bar since 2011 and a member of the BC Law Society since 2013
Conor Muldoon
Conor Muldoon articled with the Vancouver Criminal law firm Klein & Foster and has been a member of the BC Law Society since 2014.
